Chopped Salad Recipe
One way that we are able to stick to healthy eating is by planning ahead. This is a super healthy "chopped salad" that works perfectly for lunch or dinner!
We love intermittent fasting and when we have delicious and healthy meals planned for lunch and dinner, it makes it that much easier to stay strong and not snack!
Healthy Chopped Salad
What you'll need:
- Romaine Lettuce
- Tomatoes
- Red Bell Peppers
- Fennell Bulb
- Feta Cheese
- Olive Oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Eggs
- Basil - freshly cut
What you'll do:

Chop romaine lettuce
- Peel, seed, and dice tomatoes
- Roast red peppers and then dice
- Chop the fennel bulb
- Hard boil the eggs and then dice
- Mix all ingredients in large bowl
- Drizzle with olive oil
- Serve and enjoy!
