First, we want you to know that your satisfaction is what matters most to us.  If you order something from us and you don’t absolutely love it out of the box, don’t worry about it – you can return any unused item to us within 30 days of delivery for a refund. For instructions on how to do that please continue reading below.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If we made a mistake, we’ll take care of it. Period. If you received a damaged product, please let us know so we can replace it for you.  Once we have a photo of the damages and verify that it is defective, we’ll immediately send a replacement. And don’t worry – shipping charges are on us, both for the returned item and the replacement.

The fastest way to get a replacement for a damaged item is to reply to your order confirmation email or to send an email to ron@gourmetkitchenworks.com with the details of the damage and a picture. From there, our amazing customer service team will make sure you’re fully taken care of!

STANDARD RETURNS

Our return policy covers up to 30 days after delivery. If you’ve decided that you don’t like what you ordered before using it, no problem.  Just place it back in the mail within 30 days of delivery date.  As long as it’s postmarked within 30 days after it was delivered to your shipping address and unopened/not used, we’ll be able to take it back for a full refund back to your original payment method.

  1. Ship the product(s) to our distribution center at 9599 E. Valley View Road, Strafford, Missouri with Attention: Returns.  We currently do not cover return shipping for normal, undamaged returns.
  2. Include the original packing slip or a note indicating the order number, items you're returning and reason for return.
  3. Once we received the product(s) in acceptable condition, we will process a refund to you.
  4. After the process is complete, you will be sent a refund confirmation email and you can expect a refund to appear on your next credit card statement.
