Piuma has two different shapes in a single mold. The mat can be used with both "pâte à cigarette" and chocolate to create elegant and refined decorations. The decorations can be prepared in advance and unmolded if necessary. They are useful for decorating first and second courses, for creating original aperitifs or for giving a refined touch to plated desserts.
