Weekly Meal Plan
Here we go with the meal plan for week 2 of February! I am just getting stoked for the Superbowl!! None of my teams made it so I guess I'll just root for the underdog? Here's to hoping it's a good game! And be sure to check out my recent instagram post on tips for staying healthy during the Superbowl!
Monday: Skinny Chicken Parm
Wednesday: Easy Thai Shrimp Soup
(Can switch shrimp for chicken if desired, like me, because I am not a fan of shrimp)
Thursday: Cauliflower Fried Rice
(I like mixing in some regular white rice too to make it taste a tad better)
Saturday: Date Night Out (or leftovers)
Sunday: Honey Lemon Garlic Salmon
